My name is Jeff Winslow, and I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Peripheral Neuropathy in 2006, but my symptoms seem to have taken a turn for the worst in late 2008.
To add to my plight, I have also lost my heating and cooling business to my partner since I can barely hold a screwdriver in my hand anymore.

I have worked all my life in the Heating and Cooling industry in Michigan, now I am reduced to just helping a tech part time and can barely make a living...
